Can a short self-assessment produce a directional readiness judgement people actually trust?
Hypothesis
Scoring is less valuable than the prioritised improvement list it produces, so the output should lead with actions and keep the score secondary.

Intervention
Eight-dimension audit returning a readiness level plus a ranked improvement plan and explicit risk notes.
What would be observed
- Whether users act on the improvement list
- Whether the readiness label is read as more authoritative than intended
What would count as a useful signal
Users describe the improvement list as the main output and the label as a summary.
