01Definition
- Source name and URL
- Why this page matters — the decision it could change
- Owner responsible for reviewing alerts
- Page region being watched, if narrower than the whole page
02Detection
- Check cadence and the reason for that cadence
- Change type that counts: text, defined fields, or presence/absence
- Ignore list: banners, timestamps, rotating promos, session values
- Minimum change threshold before an alert is raised
03Response
- Alert channel and whether it interrupts or batches
- Required review action and expected turnaround
- Escalation rule for high-impact changes
- Review date to reassess whether this source still earns monitoring
